I Privacy Policy
GDPR Art. 13-14

1.1 Data Controller. WebLumoras, registered at 411 01 Hovås Länsmansväg 5 Göteborg, Sweden, is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

1.2 Data Collection. We collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, including your name, email address, phone number, and project scope details. This data is collected solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and delivering our services.

1.3 Legal Basis. Processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in maintaining business communications.

1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for ongoing contractual obligations.

II Terms of Service

2.1 Scope. These Terms of Service govern all digital services, web development deliverables, and consulting engagements provided by WebLumoras, registered at 411 01 Hovås Länsmansväg 5 Göteborg, Sweden.

2.2 Service Agreement. All engagements commence upon written confirmation of a project scope and quotation. WebLumoras will deliver services as described in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) with professional diligence.

2.3 Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur interest at the rate specified by the Swedish Riksbank's reference rate plus 8% per annum in accordance with Räntelagen (1975:635).

2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to all deliverables. Source code and design assets transfer to the client unless explicitly excluded in the SOW.

2.5 Limitation of Liability. WebLumoras' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

2.6 Governing Law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law, with the District Court of Göteborg as the court of first instance.

3.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They help us understand how you interact with our site and improve your browsing experience.

IV Refund Policy
Distansavtalslagen (2005:59)

4.1 General Policy. WebLumoras offers refunds in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Contracts Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Regulations (Distansavtalslagen).

4.2 Cooling-Off Period. For distance contracts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may request a full refund without providing a reason, provided that service delivery has not yet commenced.

4.3 Partial Refunds. If work has commenced but the project is terminated before completion, a partial refund will be calculated proportionally based on the percentage of work completed as documented in project milestone reports.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items. Deposits and advance payments for third-party services (domain registration, hosting fees, software licenses) are non-refundable once the respective service has been provisioned.

4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.6 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal remedies. Complaints may also be directed to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputations (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
